COLLECTIONS / CONTEXT / DISPLAY

Make the story around a game visible.

Our exhibition partnerships turn a game, object or local memory into a small editorial display: precise enough to trust, open enough to invite conversation.

OUR WORKING PRINCIPLES

Research first, spectacle second.

A

Named objects

Each display starts with a defined object, release, mechanic or piece of local history so visitors know what they are looking at.

B

Layered interpretation

Short labels carry the practical fact. Longer notes add context, comparison and questions without pretending interpretation is the only reading.

C

Shared credit

Collections, venues and contributors are credited clearly. Access creates context, not automatic editorial approval.

AVAILABLE FORMATS

01 / The annotated shelf

A compact display pairing selected objects with a route through their design history.

02 / The playable note

A guided hands-on session with prompts that help visitors compare systems and responses.

03 / The local trace

A Birmingham-focused story connecting a game, a room and the people who remember it.
